My client, a social housing provider based in Nottinghamshire is recruiting for a temporary Support Worker. This role will be on a full time, temporary basis for an initial period of 6 weeks.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Providing a range of housing related support to include benefit and budgeting advice
- Supporting service users to live independently
- Devising and implementing support plans with risk assessments
- Recording progress of support plans
The successful candidate will have previous experience of supporting vulnerable service users. You will have experience of providing comprehensive housing support service to enable individuals to live independently. You will also have a current DBS check.
