Our amazing Children’s Service in Cannock is a home from home; it is a large detached property with enough space for everyone to play or relax along with a big garden for the young people to enjoy in the summer. We support inspirational Young People with learning and physical disabilities, providing superior care in order for them to lead as fulfilling lives as possible. When it comes to rewarding roles, this is as good as it gets. We are seeking enthusiastic, person-centred and positive individuals to join us as Support Workers and add real value to our Young People’s lives.
The best bit? No experience in care is necessary - we are looking for courageous and committed individuals to work towards their Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare and make a career out of care. The superb training is provided for free, which will equip you with everything you need to succeed and work to the best of your ability in what can be a challenging yet highly rewarding role.
We support our Young People as individuals; they have varied likes and interests - whether this be horse riding, swimming, going to the theatre, meals out or trips to the zoo; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
• We provide superb FREE training to achieve qualifications in Social Care including the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

There are full-time and part-time positions available, working on a shift rota which includes working alternate weekends and some bank holidays. Please note, a driver is preferred due to the location and the requirements of the service.
