Medicare First are recruiting Support Workers in the Worcester Area to work with various clients in the local areas. This will include but is not limited to Worcester, Droitwitch and Evesham.

Medicare First are recruiting Support Workers in the Worcester Area to work with various clients in the local areas. This will include but is not limited to Worcester, Droitwitch and Evesham

Role:
To support and enable individuals with needs that will vary in severity in their daily living. You will always that ensure that the full care plan is implemented while remaining friendly, caring compassionate and professional. In many cases you will engage with the service users in the community doing daily life activities which could include activities. Personal care may be required depending on the level of needs.

About you

We are looking for individuals who have 1-year experience working in social care and are able and confident to support adults with learning disabilities.
