Their aim is to do this in a way which enhances the quality of life of those they work with. 

REED Health and Care are currently looking to recruit eight permanent support workers for a private client with services operating throughout Tadcaster and York. My client has been approached by local authorities to increase its capacity of care for the forthcoming financial year from April; to this end and before this can be agreed in principal with the authorities concerned my client has to increase its core contracted staffing hours on a permanent and not ad hoc or spot filled basis. Temp to perm would also be considered for the right candidates.

At this time my client is looking for an additional 8 permanent full time members based on an annual salary of £14,820 (38 hours a week at £7.50 an hour) my client will consider substantial part time positions and positions requiring nights, weekends and unsocial hours only.

My client has operations in Tadcaster which are primarily based at LS24. They also have several houses spread around York and houses in Huntington, Acomb, Aldwark and Woodthorpe.

The houses operate 24/7 and my client has day shifts, night shifts, sleep ins and weekends.

All support workers are on 6 month's probation or such time as they complete a satisfactory level of compliance. All support workers are on the national minimum wage whilst on probation; once fully compliant the salary reflects the Living Wage Foundation not the National Minimum Wage.
