Support Worker - Cardiff

Hours - 12 hour night shifts

Pay Rate - £9.51 - £9.74 per hour

Pulse Community Healthcare have a great opportunity for Support Workers with a passion for helping others, to join our team in supporting our female client. Experience with complex neurological conditions would be preferred however is not essential. The successful candidates will provide personal care and assistance with medication and interventions. We are seeking Support Workers with a friendly, approachable personality to help improve our clients quality of life in their family home.

The ideal support worker will have:

  • A diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred but not essential
  • UK paid experience in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of wider team
  • A good understanding of professional boundaries
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care
