Bank Support Worker - Worcester - £9 - £11 per hour

Your new company
I am currently working with a number of nationally recognised Adults Social Care organisations looking for support workers to go in and work on an adhoc basis. Due to restructures, expansion, increase in funding and referrals. Opportunities have arisen to join these organisations and expand on your experience and knowledge within Adults Social Care.

Your new role
You will work in a team as support workers to help fulfil the individual needs of service users within a residential and/or supported living environment. Keeping care plans, risk assessment up to date along and engaging with service users to ensure all needs are met, whether in house or in community.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within adults social care as a support worker along with minimum of NVQ 2 in Health and Social care will lead you to have fantastic opportunities working in difference environments and build rapport with both service users and other support workers you will be working with.

What you'll get in return
