Your new role
As a support worker you'll be helping with feeding, personal care, preparing meals and moving / hoisting. You'll be working in a stimulating and rewarding environment for a company that really values its people.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be motivated and passionate about helping people whilst delivering direct support to clients. You'll need to work well with the team as well as be able to use initiative to act on your own. You will need to have had recent and referenceable experience within social care.

What you'll get in return
You'll have the opportunity to develop and broaden your skills whilst working for an established company on a flexible basis. You'll be paid weekly and at a competitive hourly rate of up to £9 per hour. Hays will cover the cost of your DBS.
