Job Title: Support Worker
Working hours vary, days, nights and weekends lots of on-going shifts available.
Good communication skills both verbal and written are essential, to allow you to communicate with clients and staff safely and effectively. To be able to listen to clients understand their needs, and understand and correctly pursue instructions given. Maintaining confidentiality and dignity by delivering effective person centred care.
Up to date DBS certificate.
Up to date training and certificates.
Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities is essential.
Providing help and support with client’s personal hygiene care.
Assisting with household chores, which can include cooking and cleaning.
Planning and participating in activities and outings.
Monitor progress and record any changes or concerns.
