Support Worker - Young Persons Services

ENS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for Youth Outreach Support Worker to join an established care provider, to cover the Redhill, Surrey area. Providing support to young people living with learning and physical disabilities.

In this varied and dynamic role you will empower the people they support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations. You will enable people to live as independently as possible and to become happier and more content with their lives as a result.

As an Outreach Support Worker you will provide support to service users in their own homes and in the community and as such it is essential that you hold a valid driving licence and have your own vehicle.

The services operate 24/7, 365 days a year and shift patterns will include early mornings, late evenings, sleep-ins and waking nights and you must be flexible to cover the rota at the service.

To be an Outreach Support Worker it is beneficial to have experience in a similar role, you will often be working alone, so the ability to manage your own workload, work unsupervised and make decisions independently are essential.
