Could this be you?
Your duties will be varied and no two days will be the same. You'll be providing support for day-to-day living, such as social activities, sports and hobbies, holidays etc along with support with general household duties such as cooking and cleaning. You may be required to undertake personal care.
Our services operate 24/7, so you will work in shifts (as allocated by your manager). This means you may need to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You may also be required to undertake sleep-in shifts on a rota basis.Ideal candidate
We believe that a successful Support Worker doesn’t always have experience, but shares our vision to ensure that ‘every moment has potential’ for the people we support to learn new skills and to achieve their goals.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills as well as good English are a must.
An NVQ/Diploma L2 or 3 in Health and Social Care and some experience in care work would be an added bonus, but we have a fantastic in-house training team who can help you along if you are taking your first steps in your career as a support worker.
