Your new company
Hays Social Care are recruiting on behalf of a residential setting based in Worcester. These settings look for experienced Support Workers to support those with learning difficulties, mental health issues and physical disabilities. We work with great providers who put the needs of their service users at the heart of what they do, therefore, are looking for someone who would undertake the same approach.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting both adults and elderly service users with learning difficulties, mental health issues and physical disabilities. You will need to use your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day-to-day basis. You will be promoting the independence of residents and helping them to live a fulfilled life. Full time and Part time hours are available over day and night shifts. Alternatively, if you are interested in ad hoc shifts, this is also available.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful in this position, you will need to be confident working with adults and elderly service users and demonstrate a genuine desire to help individuals. Having a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and experience in a similar setting is essential.
