Candidates may already have some experience as a support worker working with vulnerable adults within a similar setting however we will consider applications from candidates who can demonstration the key skills we are looking for and in return we will offer comprehensive training, including the opportunity to obtain the Diploma Level 3 qualification, so that you can build a successful career in care with us. Salaries without the relevant qualification are up to £16,847.04
Candidates with an understanding of Autism, relevant experience including shift leading and medication as well as the Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Adults) may apply for a level 3 position. Salaries for this position are £18,127.68
All roles are full time positions working a rolling shift pattern of four days on followed by four days off commencing at 08:00 until 21:00. This working pattern includes weekends and bank holidays, however there is a generous holiday entitlement of 6.6 weeks. Other benefits include: comprehensive induction and training, free meals, travel allowance, parking, pension, life insurance, uniform and an annual loyal bonus.
