We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.
You will work with a diverse group of people with care and support needs. You will help to organise and participate in activities and you’ll support a range of life skills such as:- cooking, cleaning, managing finances, supporting personal care, attendance to appointments and shopping. You will be comfortable with lone working during a typical shift. Sleep-ins are mandatory for this post as well as the ability to work long shifts, evenings and weekends, as part of a team rota (please note that we are unable to offer school hours due to the needs of the individuals we support). An understanding and/or experience of autism and recognised qualifications such as SVQ 2/3 are preferred for this role, although not essential.
A driver with a clean license is essential, as well as a PVG.
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role will include shift working, including evenings, sleep ins, waking nights and weekends. Predominantly the hours will either be 30 hours per week or 25 Hours per week.
