We support 4 young adults who have a learning disability, are good friends, and live in our supported living service in Northallerton. We are looking to grow our team lively, inclusive, knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly staff.
We support 3 females and 1 male who all live independent, fun and active lifestyles. They require prompts and supports around personal care, medication administration and a little support in moving and handling but more than anything, they want to have fun! This group are always busy from going to day centres, to the gym, to the cinema, seeing friends, doing arts and crafts or going to the Disco on Friday's and they need your support with this,

Supporting someone with their daily life is not a 9-5 job. You will need to be able to work across a range of different days and shift patterns, including some sleep in shifts (Payment for sleep ins is competitive and compliant with National Living Wage requirements). We realise that your quality time is important too, so your rota is prepared well in advance - Got a request, something special going on? Your manager will certainly try to help you meet it.
