Your roles and responsibilities will include:
•Ensuring that the young peoples needs are met at all times.
•Protecting the young people in the home.
•Assist the management in the home with compliance, Ofsted, legislation, and the ethos of policies of the home.
•You must have control of the children to ensure their safety and well-being and assist them in developing acceptable standard of behaviour.

As per client request, you must have at least 6 months of care and support work experience. You must also be able to provide the previous 5 years of work references, with at least 2 of them care related.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to submit a DBS check, and if you aren't signed up for the Update Service, this will incur a cost of £44 (refundable after 100 hours worked). This only applies if you haven't subscribed to the DBS Update Service. You will also have to attend 1 day of mandatory company training.
