You will be working with vulnerable adults with complex support needs and providing the highest level of support to facilitate their future independence. You will also be helping with budgeting, accessing education, training and employment opportunities and managing a tenancy.
Alongside this, you will also be aiding with activities to promote involvement and life skills like cooking on a budget and healthy living sessions.
The shifts work on a basis of early shifts, late shifts and waking nights and offer a competitive hourly rate.

As per client request, you must have at least 6 months of care and support work experience. You must also be able to provide the previous 5 years of work references, with at least 2 of them care related.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to submit a DBS check, and if you aren't signed up for the Update Service, this will incur a cost of £44 (refundable after 100 hours worked). You will also have to attend 1 day of mandatory company training.
