The role

We are looking for experienced care support workers/Healthcare assistants who have a strong background and experience in working with young adults with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, life limiting illness and complex needs. You will be supportive, patient, caring and passionate about helping to give our clients the care and support they need in the home and in the community. 

?Essential skills

6 months experience in care/support work. 

Good written and spoken English. 

Must be willing to work in the Guilden Morden area. 

Willing to work 12 hour shifts. 

Days and nights needed. 

Must have 5 years work history to reference.
