A warm welcome awaits you at Birch Coppice. We are a settled care home and pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment with an excellent delivery of care. We can accommodate up to 6 children and young people aged between 5 -18 with severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, downs syndrome, challenging behaviour or associated complex needs. Our children and young people have varied likes and interests, whether this be football, swimming, singing, cooking, art or going to the cinema; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives. Each person is respected and valued as an individual, with tailored programmes to address their specific and changing needs.

Due to on-going development, we are seeking caring, committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our aspirational team. Whilst experience definitely isn't essential, we don't just want anyone! We are looking for committed, enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do and supporting children and young people in their lives and to achieve their outcomes.
