A warm welcome awaits you in our fun filled specialist service providing residential care for children who present with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, self-injurious behaviour and challenging behaviours. Based in Leek, Staffordshire, we care for Young People with varied interests and support requirements, each young person is respected and valued as an individual, with tailored care plans to address the specific and changing needs of the young person.

We are seeking caring, committed, compassionate and fun Support Workers to join our aspirational team. Whilst experience definitely isn't essential, we don't just want anyone! We are looking for courageous and committed individuals who can communicate these attributes within a challenging yet rewarding environment. In return, we will provide you with fun filled action packed day’s superb training and progression opportunities, in tandem with good rates of pay and a benefits package. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do!

Our Young People enjoy tubing, horse riding, bowling, trips to the cinema, rock climbing, soft play centres, swimming, trips to Alton towers, Drayton Manor, going to the beach, visiting Blue Planet, zoo’s and many, many more activities; all our young people need high levels of support and this is where you come in to help them achieve fulfilling and independent lives.
