Position: Care & Support Worker
Location: Perry Green, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 07:15 - 14:45 and 14:15 - 21:45 with 20 minutes paid break

About the role:
Looking for that rewarding role? Why not support independent living, whilst assisting with leisure and day activities, personal care and general domestic duties. Experience is welcome, but not essential as there is no substitute for the right attitude and a caring nature.
They provide comprehensive induction and continuous development with the opportunity to complete recognised social care qualifications. All staff are required to have an enhanced DBS, which is paid by the Centre.
Not on a public transport route, they offer subsidised transport from a range of pick-up points in Harlow, Sawbridgeworth, Bishops Stortford and Thorley. On site accommodation is also available for staff whose home is 50 miles+ from the Centre for up to 24 months.
You will be working a mixture of early shifts and late shifts as a full-time care worker, this involves working 5 shifts which includes working 2 in 4 weekends. Part time is available (two, three shifts per week).
If you are motivated and enthusiastic with good communication skills and have an insight into care work and an interest in a career in this field, they would very much like to hear from you.
