They currently have vacancies for Supported Living Workers in their Leeds service, working full or part time shifts on a rota basis.

Position: Supported Living Workers
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Job Type: Full Time / Part Time, Permanent
Hours: Various from 10 hours per week part time to 37.5 hours full time
Salary: £7.48 - £7.86 per hour (dependent on age, probation & qualifications)
Benefits: Include 20 days holiday rising to 25 days after the first year (plus bank holidays) and a contributory pension scheme.

About the role:
As a Support Worker / Care Worker for our client, you will enable the people they support to lead fulfilling lives based upon their personal support needs.
They provide 24/7 support to some people, so this role would suit you if you like the idea of working shifts and hours that include some weekends, nights and Bank Holidays. You may also get the opportunity to accompany the people we support on holidays and attend training courses and other activities.

No previous experience is required for this role, what is more important is that you have a passion and desire to be part of the social care world and are enthusiastic about supporting people.
An awareness or knowledge of learning disabilities would be great, however if you have a caring nature, like being around people and can tackle issues with a positive frame of mind, then you are highly encouraged to apply today. This role may involve some intimate personal care.
