Support Worker - Call Handler

Search Consultancy Ltd is currently looking Support Workers - Call handlers to join our expanding team in the Sunderland area. This position is on a contract basis starting as soon as possible until the end of December2018, subject to review.

Salary: £10.25 per hour
Hours: The hours are on a rota basis between the hours 07:30am and 08:45pm

As a Call Handler you will be a key point of contact for professionals and patients. You will collect and record information, identify people in need of an immediate response, direct callers to clinical colleagues for further assessment or direct callers to social care colleagues to find an intermediate care solution.
