Do you want to work in residential children's homes but can't commit to the working pattern? We can offer various shifts within services for children and young people to fit around childcare, studies or other employment, often even on a full-time basis.
Support Worker Criteria: Peters Dean Care are proud of the talented and valued team of Support Workers we have developed and are seeking additional staff members to provide quality staffing assistance to our services. You must have significant previous professional experience of supporting vulnerable people and have a passion and motivation to support 'looked after children'.
Drivers are preferred as some services are rural but this is not essential.
Shifts include Early's such as 8am - 4pm, Late's such as 3pm - 11pm, Long Days such as 8am - 11pm and Waking Nights such as 10pm - 8am.
We offer excellent pay rates and weekly payroll, ongoing training and good length shifts, while we are fortunate to work alongside some fantastic services that we can introduce you to. And what's more we treat all of our staff with a friendly, open and honest approach with their interests at heart.
Please note this this role is not solely based in Worthing, you will be expected to travel to our various services across the area.
