We are currently looking to expand our team of dedicated support workers who are based in a Chilwell and Beeston. Our team support 9 people with a learning disability who live independently in their own home and one gentlemen in the community.
You will be responsible for the day to day livelihood of these individuals and will help with medication, personal care, finances and daily living tasks. These individuals like to be fully involved in everything that is happening with their lives and need you to ensure this happens for them.
Another big part of being a support worker is being a big part of the fun! You will be going to watch football, theatre, cinema, playing pool, Tennis, Zumba or even going to the pub. Creating memories is one of the really rewarding parts of being a support worker.

As a support worker, flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as you may be required to work a variety of different shifts throughout the week, including mornings (ideal for you early risers!), evenings and sleep-ins (Payment for sleep ins is competitive and compliant with National Living Wage requirements).
