Job Description

Our client is a successful and expanding organisation who are seeking an additional member for their busy team

This role is to work with and develop individual skills to become fully capable member of the support team.

Your role will cover the following at some stage during your progression:

  • The use of Computer Software
  • The Physical programming and processing of units
  • Answering and taking telephone calls
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Filing
  • Delivering customer service
  • Using Bespoke Software
  • Data inputting
  • Use a variety of software packages, Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel
  • Maintaining filing systems in line with organisations requirements
  • Be a flexible and supportive member of the team
  • Deal with emails
  • Order processing
  • Resolving queries and know who to ask for help

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Polite and well presented
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Must be committed and want to learn
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Well-mannered
  • Professionalism
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel spread sheets
  • Attention to detail

Qualification required:

  • Previous work experience in a similar role is not necessary, but could be an advantage GCSE A* - C Maths, English

Training to be provided: Training will be provided for all new software and Hardware applications and supervision will be in place until a level of acceptable competency has been achieved. Progression in the company will be based on performance and support and training will be provided for all employees to develop into available roles.
