- Responsible for the receiving, storage, and dispatch of food products and disposables. HACCP procedures must be followed, including temperature recording, stock rotation, correct storage of items, and working safely with food products.
- The role also entails stock taking, stock rotation, stock ordering, and the protection of these items.
- The role will also involve using initiative to solve problems and to ensure a smooth running service at all times.
- Working with team members in other areas such as Laundry will be necessary to help with the productiveness of the team.
- The role will feed into a Support Service Supervisor.
