Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £26,196.17 per annum

About the Role:
They are currently recruiting for a full time Support Manager, the role involves managing a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, dual diagnosis of Learning Disabilities and mental health and a range of other needs including Autism and behaviours that might challenging.
The service has been developed to support individuals coming from a range of settings including long stay mental health hospitals and secure residential units. Their aim is to support the individuals back into the community and reduce the risk of hospital readmission.
You will need to have had experience of managing teams and providing services for people with learning disabilities and a range of other needs in line with the transforming care agenda, challenging behaviours and complex needs. You will be accustomed to managing multiple priorities, have a proven track record of developing staff and experience of delivering high quality services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and or autism.
Additionally, you will have excellent organisation and communication skills. Underpinning all of the above will be your knowledge of the social care sector and a QCF level 5 Diploma in Health and social care or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it). You must hold a full valid UK driver licence and have access to a vehicle.
