The Role

Heat computing are delighted to represent a large organisation who specialises in the telecommunication sector and are world leader suppliers within the telecoms industry. Client provides software solutions globally and are looking to recruit a support engineer.

The support engineer will be responsible to provide worldwide support, handling software and support incidents ranging from low to high priority.

  • Understanding of telephony and VoIP
  • Software support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems
