Support Engineer required to be based in Watford/Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage and support hosted Servers in the on-Site data Centre
- maintain High level customer service
- log and take ownership of calls raised via telephone and email
- Resolve hardware, software network and peripheral technical issues via remote support
- monitor and proactively resolve issues with remote back-up systems and data centre infrastructure
- Proven experience working in a Citrix environment
- Experience of Exchange configuration and administratio
- Strong network Experience
- Excellent knowledge of windows
- Active Directory user administration experience
- Excellent oral and written English
