Bringing at least 18 months experience working on a service desk / helpdesk you will have had exposure to Microsoft Desktop technologies including, Windows 7 and 8, and MS Office. Acting as point of contact for internal & external customers you are expected to provide 1st line support on a shift basis and troubleshoot basic network issues. The main focus of the role is supporting Microsoft Windows 7 (or later) and MS Office 2007, 2010, 2013 as well as other Desktop software and some hardware troubleshooting.
