As a Support Engineer you will be working closely with the company's infrastructure and development teams to help take the release automation and CI to the next level. You will be encouraged to be highly autonomous and will have plenty of technical challenges to keep you interested, resolving them through regular collaboration. Your main responsibilities will include; failure injection to find out how systems cope under failure, investigation of production issues and how they can be avoided, establishing best practice for the team, contributing to architecture decisions and building bespoke tools and scripts to automate and improve uptime.

*Previous DevOps experience
*Strong experience with Distributed Systems
*Strong experience of working with C# .Net
*Experience of monitoring and alerting tools such as ElasticSearch/ELK, Graphite, Grafana, New Relic, Prometheus
*Excellent communication skills
*Desirable: Message brokers such as RabbitMQ or other AMQP based system, MSMQ, Kafka; Consul, Azure Service Fabric, Docker/containers, Kubernetes; Powershell, Node, Python
