Bishops Stortford Based:

Support Team is responsible for assisting clients with any queries they may have and referring them to the correct departments where necessary, completing the initial set up of new client and assisting the Sales Support Representative when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with the clients
• Completing the set-up of new clients
• Log queries and keep the system updated
• Provide quotations to new clients
• Covering Sales Support when required

Other Typical Work Activities will involve:
• Amending any quotations
• Arrange approvals by the underwriting team
• Answering the phone and logging queries
• Advise the clients of the credit decision
• Checking quotations
• Completing & sending documentation
• Chasing for any outstanding documentation
• Ensure projects and support tickets are updated daily
• Generate any reports when requested
• Provide system training over the phone
• Raise any underwriting queries to management
