Are you a thoughtful and dedicated support coordinator based in the Bath area? Are you looking to join an NHS Health and Social Care partner which is striving to make positive changes?
As a Support Co-ordinator delivering Virgin Care services with us you will receive a comptitive salary – including an aviva pension. You will need to have a NVQ 3 or diploma level 3. As the Support coordinator you will be reporting into the direction of the Registered Manager, to assist in ensuring the effective management of individual support and care packages enabling Service Users to live in their own home. You will also manage and maintain their own tenancy, as determined by their assessed needs and in accordance with the Virgin Care Visions and Values, Policies and other objectives. This service needs to be available around the clock depending on risks and needs.
You will be based primarily in the Bath area working in the service users homes and office based in Carrswood Day service in Twerton Bath. We also work along side other services with in BaNES.
