In this role, you will be providing care and support to children and adults in their own homes to enable them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our Head Office is in Four Marks, Hampshire but we have clients across North East Hampshire and Berkshire including Thatcham, Newbury, Basingstoke, Alton and their surrounding villages.

You will need to be a naturally caring person, enthusiastic and have great attention to detail. You will also need to work well under pressure, and be happy to use your own initiative.
Each of our clients are unique and have their own individual needs, however some of the typical activities that you will undertake on a daily basis include:

  • Supporting with all aspects of personal care and personal development.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Meal preparation and feeding.
  • Companionship.
  • Light domestic work.

Our team of carers are led by our Director of Care, Louise, a registered Nurse who is qualified to train our carers to carry out complex medical tasks. Louise works closely with medical professionals in the area to ensure staff are thoroughly and continuously trained in the delivery of first class nursing and personal care. We offer a range of services, specialising in support for families coping with conditions such as; Dementia, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and Palliative Care.
