Support Annalist 1st-2nd Line

As a 1st-2nd Line Support Analyst you will provide support to a number clients and customers, it is of course important that you have excellent skills in customer service. You will support their current growth plans. The role of 1st-2nd Line Support Analyst is paying £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience plus benefits, the company require and encourage a passion for learning and development reward this by offering agreed training courses to all staff members.

As a 1st-2nd Line Support Analyst it is necessary to stay calm under pressure and ready for a challenge to progress your career. You will have had experience with Office 365, Citrix, Mimecast, Backup software and Apple Mac support. Your generalised technical knowledge and problem solving attitude will mean that you will never be thrown, no matter what comes up. You will have had experience working within the ITIL framework at a previous position. You do not need to be ITIL certified, but you should be familiar with the methodology and the principles it contains. You will have a keen passion for learning new things, and will have plenty of examples from previous employers of picking up new skills both from colleagues and from self-study.

There is always something new to learn. Our customer will support you in gaining knowledge of a variety of cutting edge systems, technologies like (but not limited to) Hyper V and Citrix. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1st-2nd Line Service Desk Analyst's to progress into are either as Systems Analyst or 3rd Line Support.
