I am currently working alongside a great client who are looking for a Support Analyst to be 2nd level technical support to both internal and external customers, to assist with their website.
You will work closely with the developers and other areas that need assisting with the development and understanding of their applications and products.
In this role you will be resolving any problems that have occurred and look at how to resolve them. You will get a good understanding of all applications and products and assist in reviewing new tools. You will also provide reports and work with other Support Analysts.
Experience within a similar role is essential. You need to be analytically minded and like solving problems. Good communication skills is a must within this role and the ability to multi-task. SQL and Excel experience would be required.
