Support Analyst will be joining a team of 3, supporting around 120 users. Can expect around 40 tickets a day on average.
·Proven experience gained within an IT help desk/ technical support space and service delivery
·Providing technical expertise and end-user support in the areas of Microsoft Windows platform (Windows 7 and above), Microsoft Office Suite (2013 and above), off-the-shelf applications, Remote Connectivity Platform, network/local HP & Canon printers via desk side, phone support or remote support
·Providing desktop/laptop break/fix/maintenance support
·Providing support to growing mobility platform (iPhone, iPad, Android and windows based platform)
·Windows OS (7 and above)
·Outstanding troubleshooting skills in WAN/LAN/Desktop situations
·To support and be actively involved in key IT projects
Support Analyst must have a real passion for their work. This is very much a hands on role and will require a proactive approach. Support Analyst must be have great communication skills and be comfortable joining a close-knit team, working in a friendly casual environment.
