Support Administrator

A vacancy for a Support Administrator has arisen for a firm of Accountants in Guildford.

This role is varied and includes a number of duties covering all forms of administration support to your manager and other partners and staff as required.

This can be on reception, dealing with updating databases, overseeing office facilities, assisting with marketing and preparing for events and seminars.

Candidates are expected to have previous experience in all or some of these areas and be able to give examples of their ability to be flexible, solve problems, maintain confidentiality, work quickly and accurately and communicate effectively in person, by phone and via e-mail.
