Our client are a national not-for-profit organisation who are seeking an Administrator to join their busy team. This role involves both being the first point of contact, having excellent customer service skills and in undertaking administration duties.

This is a full and varied superb opportunity to work for an excellent organisation, who really invest in and look after their team members. On a daily basis this will include:

  • Handling enquiries and queries
  • Booking appointments
  • Organising and planning activities
  • Directing customers
  • Assisting with secretarial duties
  • Maintaining financial records

You will be positive and professional in approach. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Administration or customer service experience
  • Confident in approach
  • Presentable and friendly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills
