The Best Connection Group are recruting a Support Administrator for a well respected client in the Holmfirth area

37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri plus overtime

***This client offers a strong focus on customer service***

This role is initally for maternity cover but expected to become permanent

Duties Include:

  • Sales Order Processing

  • Customer Dispatches - Co-ordination of deliveries to site

  • After Sales Support

  • Customer Services Administration

  • Maintenance of Customer Service Records and Salesforce data

  • Reporting - generating weekly sales reports and other ad hoc reports as required

  • Obtain Supplier quotations and best price negotiation

  • Collate customer satisfaction surveys

    Technical Support Function

    Provide support and general assistance to the Technical function, including:

  • Co-ordinate technical actions

  • Prepare u-value calculations

  • Maintain technical supplier product information

  • Maintain technical reports, certification and testing data

  • Prepare tender documentation

  • Prepare job specific price lists

  • Preparation of O + M Manual information

  • Maintain product datasheets

  • Manage up to date Building Regulations, British Standards, competitors BBA certificates library

  • Drawing/Document Issue Registers

  • Process QA site inspections and issue periodic reports

  • Update Technical information on Salesforce

    Sage - Updating system with new customer/supplier details

Job Requirements :-

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload

  • Team player

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Sage and Excel

    Desirable Skills

  • Salesforce (CRM System)
