The Successful Candidates Must:
- Hold at least a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (preferred)
- Unqualified candidates must hold a degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Have a proven ability to support children effectively in an educational setting.
- Demonstrate adaptability, patience, and resourcefulness.
- Work well under pressure and collaborate effectively with school staff.
Supply Teaching Assistant Position Details:
- Location: Abingdon (easily commutable from Oxford, Didcot, Wantage, and surrounding areas).
- Pay: £83.50 - £90.00 per day (TA rates).
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Fixed-term, Temp-to-perm, Zero-hours contract.
- Expected Hours: 7 - 35 hours per week, depending on availability and school needs.
