At Engage, we’ve specialised in finding and supporting supply teachers for Primary schools across the UK for over 10 years. I have been supporting primary schools in East London for the past 7 years and as such, I have built fantastic relationships with Primary schools in East London. We are regularly looking to increase the pool of supply teachers we can offer to the area as the demand for teachers grows.

Supply teaching is a fantastic way to network and get to know the schools in your local area.

Perhaps you are an ECT who is looking to do some supply next year before taking on your induction years or an experienced teacher who is thinking of moving on from your school but unsure what the other schools are likely locally. You might be a teacher who has taken time out of education and thinking of returning or even someone who LOVES teaching but just wants that work-life balance and flexibility that supply brings!

Whatever your situation, we want to hear from creative and fun-loving teachers looking to provide long- or short-term supply work in Barking and Dagenham, get in touch as we’d love to hear from you!

We can even offer guaranteed pay contracts to those wanting supply but needing more certainty on income. This means we will guarantee you supply work and if we cannot fulfil this, you will still be paid a full days pay!
