Supply Teacher Job Vacancy
* Supply Teacher role in Slough
* Supply Teacher starting ASAP
On behalf of a faith school in Slough, we are looking to recruit teachers who wish to work on a temporary supply basis, whether that be part time or full time hours.
You will be required to cover classes in various subjects across KS3 and KS4. If you offer a subject specialism in Science, Maths, English or Humanities this is an advantage. The school will be opening up a sixth form in September 2018, so if you can cover up to KS5 that will also be required from there on in.
This role would be to start immediately on an adhoc basis, usually cover work can lead to long term or permanent roles with the school directly.
This is a school which is relatively new but has already developed a strong local reputation and has recently had a good grading from Ofsted. The school also benefits from being part of a small Trust of four similar schools nationwide. Applicants do not have to be followers of the school's faith but must be respectful of the school's values and beliefs. The school's building will be fully complete by September 2018, so you will have the opportunity to work in a purpose-built school with modern facilities and technologies.
If you have a passion and commitment for teaching and learning, have high personal expectations of your own achievement and professional development, and are creative and energetic, this could be the position for you.
This role would suit an experienced cover supervisor who is seeking to work at a good school and would welcome some additional responsibilities.
The School offers:
- excellent induction and extensive CPD programme
- a supportive senior leadership team
- opportunities for career progression
- ideal location for access to London
- a technology rich school and a new building (with fantastic grounds and parking)
