Your new role
These Oxfordshire based supply teaching jobs across EYFS to KS2 are offered on a part-time, ad hoc basis and include all marking responsibilities. Half days in both the morning and afternoon are available as well as full days. You may be expected to complete planning depending on the responsibilities of each role. All teaching jobs within these primary schools in Oxfordshire are offered on an exclusive basis through Hays Education. The schools have worked closely with Hays Education to support their school staff. The Ideal candidates will have recent experience teaching within a primary school across EYFS to KS2 and be able to show strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to apply for this role you will need to have a qualified teacher's status and be able to provide at least two relevant references from the last two years. Due to the nature of the position, experience and evidence of a specialism across either Literacy or Numeracy is desirable and there is lots of interest in MFL. An ability to plan observatory lessons accordingly that are in line with the curriculum, whilst maintaining strong behaviour management skills in order to enhance a child's learning will help you excel in your new role.
