Supply Teacher with a SEN Background

We are currently recruiting for Supply Teachers with a background in SEN, particularly behaviour or experience working in a PRU that wish to transition into a mainstream setting. We are interested in speaking with Teachers who have a variety of specialisms, particularly core subjects.

We work with a range of inner-city schools that are looking for teachers that are strong with behaviour and are able to build a positive rapport with their students.

We have long term assignments starting immediately, in January and we also have day to day supply roles.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be passionate about inspiring students to achieve their full potential

  • Provide strong pastoral support to students who may have social or emotional issues

  • Have the best interests of the students at heart

  • Provide a good education, achieving the best possible outcomes

The Schools:

  • Inner-city schools that are in special measures or require improvement

  • Mainstream schools that have a high percentage of students from deprived areas

  • Schools with high levels of EAL

  • Environments that have particularly challenging behaviour
