You will have the opportunity to work for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across East Sussex. Hays Education have various teaching opportunities within Battle. These opportunities are on a permanent, long-term or daily supply cover basis. We have had an increase in demand from schools in these areas and so are looking for experienced primary teachers to take up multiple positions we have available.
Your new role
Hays appreciate that you may have a need for flexibility, so we are able to offer you assignments to fit with your needs. Depending on your own teaching style you will have the opportunity to work in either Early Years, Key Stage One or Key Stage Two. As a Hays Education Teacher you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, from small village Primary Schools to large Multi Academy Trusts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have qualified teacher status, or be looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recent experience within a classroom setting within the last five years and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You will be a flexible, positive and creative individual who is able to quickly adapt to new situations and pick up different schools behavioural policies. You will be highly professional, with strong behavioural management skills and excellent communication skills.
