Are you an experienced Supply Planning Manager with strong leadership skills? ADM is seeking a talented individual to lead our onsite planning team, optimize supply processes, and manage inventory, production scheduling, and capacity planning. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer demand is met efficiently while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply planning processes, ensuring alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration across Operations, Sales, Sourcing, and Finance.
  • Manage inventory levels, resolve capacity issues, and drive monthly supply reviews.
  • Oversee Master Production Schedules (MPS) and ensure customer order fulfillment.
  • Optimize ERP and APS systems for improved planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of supply or production planning experience with a proven track record in line management.
  • Expertise in ERP/APS systems, Scheduling and capacity planning.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
