Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator

Inside Out Purchasing & Supply has been engaged to recruit a Supply Chain/Purchasing Administrator for a leading company based in Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Purchasing & Contracts Manager to provide support where required
* Administrative support relating to projects looking at cost efficiencies across the business
* Ensuring contracts and schedules are collated, indexed, organised & loaded
* Monitoring the Purchasing mailbox
* Raising purchase orders for all departments
* Screening New Vendor Pre-Assessment Forms, filing and setting up as new vendors
* Maintaining and updating the approved and preferred suppliers list
* Update all supplier price lists & charging schedules in Cost Book and maintain pricing models
* Ad-hoc tasks to assist the team
* Interact with suppliers when required
* Provide ongoing support to new & existing projects
* Assist with RFQ's
* Support other team members with administrative tasks
