A great opportunity for a dynamic supply chain professional to join a growing organisation as a Supply Chain Planning Manager

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Planning Manager;

Ensure site production plan is maintained to maximise business performance.

Provide leadership and direction in Planning and Scheduling to support the site in meeting its objectives.

Develop systems and procedures to continually improve vendor scheduling and planning operations.

Set objectives, KPI targets and perform regular performance reviews for the team.

Provide input into Customer Supply Agreements to ensure customer needs are met.

Update and maintain documented supply chain procedures.

Lead continuous improvement efforts and implement best practice in supply chain planning.

Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process that meets Customer and Corporate objectives.

Ensure SAP data accuracy is maintained to support business delivery.

Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by the business.

Personal Specification for the Supply Chain Planning Manager;

Degree qualified within a relevant discipline.

Production planning experience within a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of S&OP.

Experience of leading a team.

Good working knowledge of SAP.

Excellent IT skills including Intermediate to advanced Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Ambitious and Self-Motivated.

This role would suit you if you have held any of the following roles; Master Scheduler, Master Planner, Production Planner, Production Controller, Production Scheduler, Capacity Planner, Resource Planner.
