Supply Chain MI Manager

Our client, a UK-leading organisation based in Northampton, are currently looking to appoint a Supply Chain MI Manager. This is is a varied and exciting opportunity to join a well known and trusted business in Northampton. You will be a magical character blend of creative, analytical, engaging and able to present effectively.

You will provide insightful analytics which will provide business leaders with a consistent view of the divisional metrics, reports and analytics for compliance and operational performance. You will present your findings to multiple operational teams, to help them develop their outstanding of processes needed for greater efficiencies in all aspects of the supply chain. This of course includes everything related to stock, costings, process enhancements and quality metrics.
Clearly, this organisation will be looking for your management information expertise, as this opportunity will call on your statistical analysis and interpretation of data. Good interpersonal skills are necessary as you will have strong exposure to the business, across markets/functions and from junior colleagues to stakeholders. You must be confident, motivated and be prepared to present your commercial findings at a senior level.
It is essential you are confident on Microsoft Excel, to macro/VBA standard. You will have the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
You will be a really motivated individual with great experience of building strong long standing relationships. You will be highly analytical and be able to demonstrate excellent numeracy skills, commercial awareness and be able to manipulate high volumes of data. You will also need to love spotting patterns in data and creating commercial narratives for operational teams to capitalise on.
You will be required to travel across the UK on an ad hoc basis.
